One to one Tai Chi and Qigong Lessons can either take place online via Zoom or if you're
based in the Edinburgh area, face to face outdoors if the weather is suitable.
lesson is tailored to suit the needs, fitness levels and capabilities of the individual. After practising Tai Chi and Qigong
you often feel relaxed, healthy, calm and energised.
HOW CAN I BOOK MY ONE TO ONE LESSON?

a mutually convenient time for the lesson
To book your One to One 'in person' Tai
Chi / Qigong Relaxation Lesson (cost £40/hr) please click on the button to the left

mutually convenient time for the lesson
