Tai Chi and Qigong: Individual Tuition/ One to One Lessons

One to one Tai Chi and Qigong Lessons can either take place online via Zoom or if you're based in the Edinburgh area, face to face outdoors if the weather is suitable.

Each lesson is tailored to suit the needs, fitness levels and capabilities of the individual. After practising Tai Chi and Qigong you often feel relaxed, healthy, calm and energised.  

 

HOW CAN I BOOK MY ONE TO ONE LESSON?

To book your One to One Online Tai Chi / Qigong Relaxation Lesson (cost £30/hr) please click on the button to the left to make your payment via paypal, credit, or debit card. Once payment is made please email or telephone Hazel and we will arrange a mutually convenient time for the lesson 

To book your One to One 'in person' Tai Chi / Qigong Relaxation Lesson (cost £40/hr) please click on the button to the left to make your payment via paypal, credit, or debit card. Once payment is made please telephone Hazel and we will arrange a mutually convenient time for the lesson

Hazel does not teach the martial aspects of Tai Chi or Qigong. None of Hazel's events are intended to be part of any Tai Chi or Qigong teacher training programme or any other professional qualification.
